Fade from Black doesn’t work on the second part of a cut clip.

Fade from Black doesn’t work on the second part of a cut clip.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Add a clip to the timeline
  2. Cut the clip
  3. Add the effect fade from black to the first part
  4. Add the effect fade from black to the second part

OBSERVED RESULT

On the second part of the cut clip fade from black is zero. On the clip it shows as the effect is added.

EXPECTED RESULT

Fade from black is working on all parts of a cut clip.
