Re-Implement: Stem-Audio-Export

Rendering Stem-Audio-Export doesn’t work anymore

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Open render menu
  2. Select more options -> enable Stem-Audio-Export
  3. It renders to 1 file only instead each audio track to a separate file (like in 18.12)

OBSERVED RESULT

Stem-Audio-Export doesn’t work anymore.

EXPECTED RESULT

Stem-Audio-Export should work as in 18.12
