Bug: Title clip length reflects not the settings lenght

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Set the title clip length in the setting to 5sec.
  2. Create and add a title clip to the timeline

OBSERVED RESULT

Length of the title clip is 4.23sec

EXPECTED RESULT

Length of the title clip should be 5.00 sec
