Clips with keyframeable effects lose the ability to edit effect (last keyframe) after cut
When a clip in the timeline has an effect that supports keyframes, after this clip is cut, the resulting clip on the right side has its parameters greyed out and locked. It is only possible to adjust the parameters for the clip on the first frame or after creating a new frame.
Cutting clips with keyframeable effects often results in a problematic state of the keyframes, since they are in the clip but inaccessible. Maybe cleaning up keyframes out of range could help with this, and clamping the values of the keyframes before or after the cut point to the end or start of the clip with a new keyframe added for this.
Example: Clip with effect and main parameters editable anywhere in the timeline
