[Windows] when starting kdenlive first time, no icons on buttons (translations issue)

This is related to the "Force breeze icon theme" flag (or just choice) first install users need to chnage this flag39oxwL6lN4, restart Kdenlive and have icons on buttons, the strange thing is that after this first step, icons are still visible switching from breeze icons and not breeze icons.
