Redesign the Render Widget

The current state of Kdenlive's render dialog:

We need in minimum these parameters:

• Resolution
• Aspect ratio
• Scan mode (interlacement control: we need also a way to turn off the deinterlace feature from the monitors for previewing
• Field order
• Deinterlacer
• Pixel aspect ratio
• Bitrate
• Framerate
• Container
• Codec
• Audio codec (Audio and audio channels managent)
