[Quick-start/Manual] update the manual

A user reading the online manual goes wrong on identify the effects stack page...

the page was updated on 07/20/2019 but there are no references to the TAB "effect/composition stack"

who can made these changes?

i know that just opening Kdenlive is very easy to have the tab displayed.. but the suggested "EFFECT PROPERTIES" point the user on the wrong place.
