Zone selection off in rendered output
(see updates below) I noticed that sometimes the rendered output doesn't match what I selected as a zone (with I / O keys) regarding the start / stop times. I created a short video with a creative common video that demonstrates this: 2020-05-20_21-45-10
Depending on where the zone selection is in the timeline the offset is different. If it starts right at the beginning the offset is minmal (but still there). The more away from the start of the timeline the bigger the offset. 2020-05-20_22-05-25
The kdenlive project: ZoneTest.kdenlive
Update: I did some more testing and found out that it somehow makes a difference what clips are in front of the exported zone. I made a short video that demonstrates this: 2020-05-22_10-32-59
The video has 29.97 fps the project has 25 fps. I also tried changing the project settings to 29.97 fps, but it didn't make a difference.
Update 2: I created a new kdenlive project with the same video and couldn't reproduce the problem. I then compared the two kdenlive files and saw that the decimalPoint value is different for the the files: The same for all the other places where the decimal separator is used:
I changed the . to , in the file that had the problems and that fixed it (the second project that didn't have the problem had "," as decimalSeparator). It has to be clarified why this problem occurs. Besides the issue of different project settings for decimalSeparator on the same machine, the project file shouldn't depend on the users locale, because what if I want send to file to a user with another locale.
(tested with Windows 10, Kdenlive 20.04.1)
