[Windows] wrong custom path for output render

i tried also to reproduce on Windows 10.. and my results can confirm that there is an issue with PATHs... i selected the Desktop folder, but the output is a cache folder inside kdenlive folder, also are visible the double "/" that make the path/filename wrong. (like user post)

without any change, the default output of projects is "video" folder (and this is right) i tried also to save the project on desktop and open it from this place.. but the output folder is again the cache folder.
