Improve Layout

I think it is currently possible to have multiple rows with UI Elements, but each UI Element could only have the height of its row. It would be nice if an element could also take the full height like the "Effect/Composition Stack" on this example (made with gimp). Especially "Effect/Composition Stack" is sometimes a bit inaccessible because of the limited height.
