Highlight transition on mouse hover

i want to add little feature (important for workflow): over mouse on TRANSITION in TIMELINE like as CLIP (has four points : blue light,red, violet, violet), to be simple rectangle or semi-trasparent all rectangle..or other good color for "over-mouse"..vokoscreenNG-2020-11-23_22-16-59
