[suggestion] add a toolbar component that displays cursor position using hundredths of a second.

looking at this post https://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=270&t=169872 and (some other 2 if i remember well) some new users (that never used a video editing software i think) are confused about the 4th value (frames) .. maybe adding a new toolbar that is "HH:MM:SS:HS" without the 2nd values about lenght of project (and placing it after the subtitler icon) can solve some situations.

Or/Also can be nice to add a 3rd option (now there is the standard and the only-frames) on the timing toolbar that shows the frames and the time on hundredths of seconds also..
