Add 'Return playhead to start position on stop' setting

Adds a new setting "Return playhead to start position on stop" in Settings -> Configure Kdenlive -> Timeline.

When enabled, stopping playback (Space) returns the playhead to the position where playback started, matching behavior found in DaVinci Resolve, Vegas Pro, and Audacity. Disabled by default to preserve existing behavior.

How I tested it:

  1. Enable Settings -> Configure Kdenlive -> Timeline -> Return playhead to start position on stop
  2. Place playhead at frame 50, press Space to start playback
  3. Press Space to stop andd playhead returns to frame 50
  4. Disable the setting, repeat , playhead stays at stopped position
