[suggestion] automatically remove the new effects on/off buttons on timeline clips if there isn't sufficient space.
the new button to enable/disable effects on timeline's clips can be a nice a feature but
when zooming out, this buttons can be clicked trying to move the clip (or other things that a user is doing on clips)
if i can suggest, plese do not draw it if the available space is lower than button_horizontal_size * 2
