Updating Timeline toolbar
Here is a proposal to evolve the default timeline toolbar a bit. It consists in 4 modifications, as illustrated below: - 1 & 2: move separators, in order to group the icons according to their category of roles. - 3: add an icon to launch the render. As rendering is a key any workflow, it can make sense to display it by default. For this there is two options: - To add the "Render button" (as pictured), which allows to choose between opening then render dialogue and stopping the current rendering. - To add a simple icon that would open the rendering dialogue. - 4 : remove the display of the position of the mouse cursor in the timeline. My intuition is that this is rarely used and can be confusing, so it would be better not to have it by default. I think 1 & 2 should be rather consensual. For 3, there at least a choice to be made. 4 may be a bit more controversial, and may require to get further input. ![TimelineToolbar](/uploads/756c53d1d4a9a15466ad7494b3896500/TimelineToolbar.png)
