Not sure this is by design but if so I suggest to change this. At the moment, when creating in and out points in the Clip Monitor, pressing V, and then selecting another clip in the Project Bin, the playhead in the Clip Monitor stays at the frame where it was in the previous clip. In order to play the newly selected clip from the clip's beginning the user has to reposition the playhead, because hitting Space or clicking on Play in the monitor toolbar starts playback from the playhead's position. In my opinion this is interrupting the editing workflow. [Working with 26.04 Flatpak on Pop!_OS]
