incorrect treating of filenames with special characters
kid3 does not process files with special characters in their name (ie: é ă ç) correctly. When I write such an mp3-file a second file is created. For instance: Original: Drăo.mp3 New File: Dro.mp3 (I don't know how it looks on your machine, but on mine the original name contains an a with a tilde between the r and the o, while the second one just shows to rectangles instead.) Reopening the directory with kid3 shows those two versions of that file. The orignial one seems to contain all new ID3-tags (kid shows them on the right hand site of it's window, while the newly created file is shown as if it contains no ID3-data. But when I remove new file (in konqueror) and reopen the directory, kid3 does not show any ID3-data for Drăo.mp3.
