No Tag FLAC files - odd behavior with Track/Track Totals

If you start with a FLAC file that has no Tag info... Then put some basic info in (Title, Artist, etc.) Then put in Track as ##/##

On first save, it will only keep [##]/## in the track field; but it will create a TRACKTOTAL field with the correct value in it

I then have to go back and re-enter the ##/[##] element of Track field
