Provide an experience which simplifies add/editing/deleting Rating values according to a selected preset which can be configured according to the needs of a SW app (Virtual DJ, Traktor, etc.); I'll use Virtual DJ & Traktor as examples

1. Establish a preset for Virtual DJ; Establish a preset for Traktor (maybe collect these presets and provide them as default entries)
2. A preset contains the defined Rating values as required by the Software preset Virtual DJ scenario (empty email address; counter unused):

   0 or No PopM ==> 0 1 ==> 1 64 ==> 2 128 ==> 3 196 ==> 4 255 ==> 5 or Traktor scenario (email address = traktor@native-instruments.de, counter unused): No PopM ==> 0 51 ==> 1 102 ==> 2 155 ==> 3 204 ==> 4 255 ==> 5

3. In settings, I can define a Ratings SW App entry, I can add entry value pairs, I can select one Ratings SW App entry as default and turn on the usage of Ratings experience helper
4. In Editing experience, I can add a PopM frame, the popup window displays a selection box for the Ratings SW App entry which is set at the default, but can be changed; I am presented a list of the defined Rating values (0 - 5) which are a simple single click entry; while email, rating, and counter may still be display but maybe to the side and the center of focus

(Optional) Ultimate Editing experience - single click on POPM entry field to select the rating value in the right side list of frames; similiar to other in-line editing programs for Rating values like iTunes
