Selected file does not always have the correct filename in the information panel

I was tagging through my library, and I found that there was a discrepancy between the selected file's name on the left, and on the right. It would give the filename of the above, or even second above, file. It seems that the discrepancy happens when a file has no tagging? It shows that it has no information, but the file plays fine.
