Undo in inline editor would crash when current line gets deleted.

Some LTS distributions don't have 3.16 which "is required" by recent ECM
versions. For now supported version is set to 3.20 while 3.4 is minimum
required.

Scripts can contain @name, @summary, @category tags which are parsed and
used to construct Tools menu hierarchy, titles and help text.

Kross has been unmaintained for some time now. Existing javascript files
should continue working as they did, python/ruby scripts/support was
removed completely.

When porting away from cross the ability to run those scripts
will be removed in favor of using QJSEngine directly.
