No longer ship own copy of documentation source files

New release contains up-to-date copy of documenation source files, so
there is no longer a need for our own copy. The file doc/src.zip that we
previously smuggled into the build has been replaced during import of
the upstream sources via gbp-import-orig's "--merge-mode=replace"
switch.
