The steps for generating this patch:

 - Switch to freedesktop drm-next kernel branch (https://cgit.freedesktop.org/drm/drm);
 - Install the headers via `make headers_install';
 - Copy from kernel "include/uapi/drm/amdgpu_drm.h" to libdrm "include/drm/amdgpu_drm.h";
 - generate the patch;
