data/DistUpgrade.cfg.bionic: Add gnome-software-plugin-snap to ForcedObsoletes for ubuntu-desktop and ubuntukylin-desktop only. This allows multiple packages to be offered for removal after the upgrade completes. (LP: #1894919)
