* Compound packaging:

  kf5-infopage, kf5-integrationplugin and kf5-platformtheme are now one
  package called frameworkintegration. The pervious packages contained
  runtime assets in data and plugin form, neither warranting a separate
  package and the separation had zero advantage.
  - Remove symbol tracking for plugins, pointless because they are plugins.
* Add localization to new frameworkintegration package
* Update libkf5style5.symbols
* Remove incorrect and pointless libdevel section from libkf5style5
