webapp mode does not reload when connection reappears

When the user opens a web app with no internet connection there is a "Could not connect" error message. When the connection is restored there is no way to reload the page without closing and reopening the app.

angelfish could maybe listen to appearing network connections and reload or have an explicit reload action
