• I'd leave the line about translations out; switching from qt-style to kde-style translations had a MR, and Albert labeled that as "breaking all the translations". We don't have a good way of preserving them when moving from tr() to ki18n()
• L13, "Falkon could use a release manager, anyone .."

The trouble with asking for a "release manager" is we may well not need one any more if we put Falkon into KDE Gear
