Now Kaidan starts directly with opened roster, if you've typed in
your password once.

Add new global vars. for the organization name and domain:
ORGANIZATION_NAME:	"KaidanIM"
ORGANIZATION_DOMAIN:	"kaidanim.github.io"

Currently they are not used.
