Trigger actions on binary decision pages when icons are clicked

By this commit, the defined actions for binary decision pages are not only triggered when the buttons but also the corresponding icons / images are clicked. This should improve the user experience on mobile devices when the buttons are flat and the users would intuitively rather click on the image than on the button.
