Use XMPP Providers for registration

XMPP Providers arose from Kaidan's onboarding. By this merge request, Kaidan is based on XMPP Providers 🚀

Not all properties collected by XMPP Providers are used in Kaidan yet. It should be discussed what properties and in which way they should be exposed to the users within Kaidan in the future.
