Improve design of multimedia features

Jonah Brüchert requested to merge jbbgameich/kaidan:feature/improve-multimedia into master
  • Introduce new attachment popup with recently used pictures
  • remove then redundant actions from the toolbar
  • show only relevant actions in the compose field

This adds a new dependency on KIO, for the recently used files listing.
