Wiki page still points to bugzilla for bug reports

Andy Holmes (GSConnect) says this is where KDE Connect will be tracking issues from now on?

If so, then the "My problem is not in this list :(" section of the KDE Connect wiki page is out of date, as it still points to bugzilla.

(I'd have just Been Bold and changed it, but since there are no issues here yet I first wanted to confirm that GitLab is in fact the intended destination for new issue reports.)
