Since the plugin still used the Qt3 support library, there were a number of
changes needed regarding mappings between actions and DOM::Element. While the
original code grouped DOM::Elements by type and associated each element with the
ID of the corresponding action, now it doesn't group elements anymore; rather,
the element corresponding to a given action is stored within the action itself.

All non-dynamic actions have been inserted into a QActionGroup; its
triggered(QAction*) signal and the triggered(QAction*) signal of submenus
containing dynamic actions are connected to the actionTriggered slot, allowing
the removal of all slots directly connected the the various actions' triggered
signal.

The source files needed only small changes, for example some include files and
some function names or parameters.

The CMakeLists.txt required more changes. I put some of these changes in the
CMakeLists.txt for the konq-plugins directory (those I thought would be needed
for most plugins, such as looking for Qt and including general CMake modules),
while changes more closely related to the webarchiver plugin went to the
webarchiver CMakeLists.txt (for example, finding the Archive package).
