      Multiple bugfixes in konqueror undo closed window feature: · a0abd568
      Eduardo Robles Elvira authored
       * Now it works again with multiple processes *sight*. Stopped working when we moved to memory storage, so basically we go back and use again file storage for closed windows. Rename the config file var again from "memoryStorage" to "Storage".
       * Now we only remove the temporary files storing closed windows of each process when we are the only process left and we're exiting. Otherwise, another process might try later on to reopen a window of a now inexistant process and find that the file has been erased.
       * Everytime we change the closed windows list, like when we clean it or reopen a window, save it to disk or otherwise if a new konqueror process is launched it will read an outdated list of closed windows and that's not what we want.
       * Read correctly the remote closed windows, we were trying to open an incorrect filename in "appdata" but it's in "tmp". Have you got a dir called "tmp" in $KDEHOME/share/apps/konqueror ? My fault :P.

      Removing one more redundant sync() call for closeditem_saved · 847bf282
      Eduardo Robles Elvira authored
      Fixed a bug that made a closed konqi window be added twice to the closed items list, which made konqi crash when restoring that duplicated closed window

      Saving an order of magnitud less information in closeditems_saved, and... · d5c34105

      Saving an order of magnitud less information in closeditems_saved, and speeding up another order of magnitude the syncing of closeditems_saved by eliminating redundant syncs.
      Things will get even better in following commits, but for now closeditems_saved shouldn't be hundreds of kbs big (or even 1-2 mb!) anymore, and it should be much faster now to load & save the closeditems_saved config file.

      Some fixes in the undo manager:
      * KonqUndoManager::closedTabsList() << renaminto to closedItemsList()
      * reusing encodeFilename/decodeFilename in KonqMisc
      * sometimes the closed item list was populated inversely
      * fixing bugs related to the undo closed tabs which prevented new konqueror instances from getting the whole closed windows list, and even prevented getting it correctly ordered. This have been done saving to disk everytime a konqueror window is closed.

      Two fixes: · c1c6bef3
      Eduardo Robles Elvira authored
       * fix that when you have two different konqueror instances
       running, when you had a list of closed windows (which is "shared"/synced
       between windows via bus), and then you pressed "Clear closed items list"
       button in a window of one of the konqueror process, the closed items lists
       was not cleared/synced in the other konqueror process because we didn't call
       to removeClosedWindowItem with the propogate=true, so no dbus syncing was
       being done.

       * the real patch for the nasty konqueror-freeze bug:

        - The problem was that instead of removing the window with emitNotifyRemove(),
       we were actually adding a new one with emitNotifyClosedWindowItem().

        - Also, the window to remove is not closedWindowItem but "last", which is as
       its name says, the last closed window that we have just removed in current
       konqueror process.
