Use Konqueror icon instead of folder icon when the URL is empty

Stefano Crocco requested to merge stefanocrocco/konqueror:change-default-window-icon into master

When the location bar is empty (for example, at startup) the window icon is that for the inode/directory mimetype. I don't know if there's a specific reason for this, but I think that Konqueror's own icon should be better.
