This reverts commit 1a5e7ab4, which was accidentally
pushed as squashed commit of multiple commits which should be separate.

A simple part of foreach porting, as those containers objects are not
shared with anyone, so the removal of the container copying has no risks.

Use appropriate QIcon/QStyle API instead

Matching the minimum versions needed for building KF 5.69, so they
could be assumed to be present on the system.

It's about to be deprecated

QT_USE_FAST_OPERATOR_PLUS has been deprecated in Qt 4.8, in favour of
QT_USE_QSTRINGBUILDER (which is set already), and removed for Qt 5.

Commit 2e26f39d switched to a new overload of KStartupInfo::setNewStartupId
which was introduced in KWindowSystem 5.65, but didn't increase the
required frameworks version, so trying to build with an older KF5 (in my
case 5.54) would pass CMake tests but fail with "error: no matching
function for call to 'KStartupInfo::setNewStartupId'".

If this version bump isn't acceptable, then feel free to revert this
*and* 2e26f39d :)

Summary:
Increase the min. required Qt version to 5.7.0 since that was the version
where QOverload was introduced.

This is in prep for RB 128863 so we don't need to bother with
ifdef's. The chosen versions are old enough for distros that
care about a feature release, and we don't have the resources
to test with older libs regardless.

It's no longer used since cab6d75a.

update cmake_min_req to match kdelibs4 and enable newer policies, so that cmake can move on at some point
