It was only being used by KDebug and some headers.

Let telepathy-logger-qt target pass the definitions to whatever
module links against it.
Remove unused variable.

Also remove "couldn't find a contact" warning. It's acceptable for the model
to be shown before telepathy is running.

We need to turn the accountId -> accountPath. Otherwise we're using wrong
identifiers in some places. For some reason, the UI kept working, but better
make sure things are working properly underneath.

This way it doesn't pop an error and it shows the relevant information,
it looks a bit weird though.
