include_directories() does not take a target name, instead
cmake will get the include directories from the target when using
the target in the libraries link interfaces of other targets

This reverts commit bc3f15ab.

If we use Boost_INCLUDE_DIR instead of Boost_INLUDE_DIRS without adding CONFIG
it wont be defined yet, so we are getting errors on error like this ( with Debug Builds )

CMake Error: The following variables are used in this project, but they are set to NOTFOUND.
Please set them or make sure they are set and tested correctly in the CMake files:
Boost_INCLUDE_DIR

Require Qt 5.14

KRandom is now deprecated

Fix Qt version requirement.

Summary: Drop unnecessary BUILD_TESTING default.
