Make it possible to sort the room list by most recent activity

Currently the rooms are in a fixed order and finding which ones had recent activity is hard, especially when there are a lot of rooms.

As a user, I would like to see rooms with recent activity (perhaps only messages and not room setting changes etc) at the top of the list.
