Opening Image Should Not Be Fullscreen

(IMO, I don't know if this has a particular decision behind it)

Especially for small images, it's overkill and jarring; then closing it (with a mouse) requires moving all the way to top right.

I prefer Discord's - fill out the window size with a large border margin - style here over Telegram's style.
