Consider Converting Channel Descriptions into Subheadings

Matrix provides additional information about channels that can be long. Longer than the space allowed by the list item header. Instead, move the channel descriptions in the right sidebar list below the headers. This can make it easier to accommodate descriptions and "not" cut channel descriptions because of the lack of horizontal space.
