Reactions context menu doesn't close automatically after choosing a reaction

This feels weird and I'm never sure if it actually send the event, until it shows up in the timeline. Closing the dialog automatically after choosing a reaction like Element does it is preferable imo. Also a good way to prevent reaction spam by forcing users to do more clicks if they want to react with more.
