User is typing indictator is cut off

Description

User is typing indicator is cut off, the text needs to be up higher, see screenshot:

Steps to reproduce

1. Open app
2. Ask someone to type a long message
3. Observe user is typing message at bottom of the chat window.

What is the current bug behavior?

Text is cutoff

What is the expected correct behavior?

Text is completely visible
