NeoChat sends notifications for messages in the room you just switched to

1. Launch NeoChat
2. Quit it some hours later
3. Go to sleep
4. Launch NeoChat
5. See a room you're already in which has 100 messages
6. Click on that room in the sidebar

NeoChat loads the room and also sends 100 notifications!
