Better support on Linux for non Plasma DE

Currently on other DE than Plasma, NeoChat will look broken. This is a big problem and we should consider hardcoding the icon theme, Breeze and QQC2-Desktop-Style for these platforms. It's tested so won't break as often as the default QML theme for example.
