[Feature Request] Switch Windows emojo font to "Segoe UI Emoji"

The font currently used does not correctly render all emojies on Windows. Woman shrugging for example is displayed as: I'd suggest to use Segoe UI Emoji as default emoji font on Windows maybe even as default font.

The same was done in ruqola.
