Implement message batch deletion

Currently, it is humanly impossible to clean the chat after spam attacks with hundreds of messages, as every message requires multiple clicks to delete. It would help moderators a lot to have Telegram-like message deletion features, like deleting multiple selected messages or deleting all messages from a user at once.
