Hide user actions (name, profile pic change)

First, thank you so much for developing a fast and lean Matrix client both for desktop and mobile! 💙

There is something that bugged me with Riot/Element for much too long until they finally fixed it recently:
Any action inside a room triggers the room to be unread. For messages this is of course useful, maybe for kicks/bans etc. as well. But users changing their name or profile picture should not be considered that important. Or even better completely hidden from the chat log (maybe add a settings checkbox?).

I understand that Neochat is in early development and don't expect this to be implemented soon. I just wanted to make sure it's not forgotten. ;-)
