Clicking "Configure shortcuts" in the right click context menu causes Neochat to hang

Description

When opening the context menu on a message and clicking "Configure Web Shortcuts…", it will cause Neochat to hang.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Neochat
2. Right click on a message
3. Navigate the context menu: "Search for '…' " > "Configure Web Shortcuts…"
4. Click that menu item

What is the current bug behavior?

Neochat hangs and spits out an error message if run from a terminal (see below)

What is the expected correct behavior?

The web shortcuts settings open

Outputted to the terminal when the error occurs:

kf.kio.gui: Could not find an executable named: "kcmshell5"
QObject::connect(KProcessRunner, KJob): invalid nullptr parameter
QObject::connect(KProcessRunner, KJob): invalid nullptr parameter
