Missing account settings

We should add these account settings for feature parity with element:

• Adding/changing/removing email address
• Adding/changing/removing phone number
• Adding/changing/removing identity server
• Bind 3PIDs to identity server
• [ ] (integration manager) (probably not important?)
• Disabling account
